3 Bedroom Villa in Les Restanques, Grimaud

Holiday home located in Grimaud, 3 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea and the lakeside town of Port Grimaud, within the "Les Restanques du Golf de Saint Tropez" holiday area.
The area is exceptional and includes 3 swimming pools including one with waves, 2 water slides, 2 tennis courts, shutter, hand ball, table tennis, pétanque, a small lake and numerous family activities with children, as well as a supermarket open from June to September.
The house is located in the heart of the estate right next to the wave pool.
With its 3 bedrooms upstairs and its sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor, our spacious house can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a terrace on the ground floor, 2 separate toilets, 2 bathrooms including a private bathroom for the master bedroom as well as a washing machine on the ground floor, as well as a wifi connection.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
The villa benefits from a free parking space numbered 15 right next door. We thank you for parking at this number as the other spaces are reserved for other houses.
When you arrive, you will be greeted by our partner: "La Conciergerie de Grimaud" who will give you the keys to the house and the access badges to the estate's swimming pools.
State of play

An uncollected deposit is paid to our partner, namely:
